How do I get VIP tickets?

You must be a VIP member of the Louisville Palace in order to purchase VIP tickets and gain access to the VIP room. Please contact Mindy Goff at 502.883.5804 or mindygoff@livenation.com for pricing and more information.


Where do I buy tickets?
+

You may purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, by calling 1.800.745.3000 or in person at our Box Office located at 625 South Fourth Street.

What are the hours of the box office?
+

The Louisville Palace Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from noon until 5:00pm and two hours prior to any show.

When do the doors open for a concert or show?
+

Doors open one hour before every show.

What types of payments do you accept?
+

American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and cash (no checks).

Do you validate parking?
+

The Louisville Palace does not validate parking for any show or event.

May I bring my children?
+

Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.

Non-family oriented concerts and performances may not suitable for young children, and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.

Children of any age may NOT attend a "18 " or "21 " concert or performance


Can I rent the Louisville Palace for a private event?

What is your accessibility for special needs?

The Louisville Palace Theatre is a historic property and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Every effort has been made to accommodate patrons with disabilities while preserving the unique character of the building. Please let us know what we can do to accommodate your needs.

Assisted Listening Devices are available at no charge. Please check with the Guest Services Desk in the lobby or call 502.583.4555 for more information.

Accessible locations for patrons with wheelchairs or mobility impairment are available on the orchestra level. Along with advance notice, we recommend that patrons using wheelchairs be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for an accompanying patron is available next to a wheelchair space. Additional guests in your party will be seated as near as possible. Please call 502.583.4555 for availability and additional information.

Signed Performances: Please check with the Louisville Palace Box Office for availability.

Accessible rest rooms are located near the elevator on the lower level. Coat Check is available at Guest Services in the Main Lobby as you enter the theatre.

Parking/Drop-off: Disabled parking is available in the 5th Street Parking Garage. Patrons may also be dropped off directly in front of the theatre.

Are food and beverages available for purchase during a show?

The Louisville Palace offers the sale of soft drinks, snacks and alcoholic beverages (must be 21 to purchase alcohol) during the show and one hour prior to show start. Beverages are allowed in the theatre. Snacks, however, are not.

What restaurants do you recommend?

Many patrons choose to dine near the theatre before or after a show. We recommend the following restaurants located near:

  • The Oak Room at The Seelbach
  • Hard Rock Cafe in Fourth Street LIVE!
  • Marketplace Grill
