THEATRE POLICY

Seating: The Theatre is open for seating approximately one hour prior to show time. Latecomers will be seated only at appropriate  intervals, as established by each performing group, so please arrive on time. This means that if you arrive late, you may be asked to wait in the lobby before you are seated. For your safety, please remain seated after the performance until the house lights are brought up.

Things That Go Beep in the Night: To avoid performance interruptions and as a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, recording devices, cameras, cellular phones, and voice pagers are restricted from the Theatre. Please check these items at the Guest Services Desk, if necessary.

Smoking: The Louisville Palace is a non-smoking facility.

Tickets: All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. If you cannot make it to the show after you have already bought tickets we can recommend charities who would be happy to receive your tickets as a donation to that organization.

We recommend arriving at the theatre one half-hour before show time to pick up your tickets. Many patrons pick up their tickets at the box office and arriving early will help you to be seated before the show begins. Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the show's management, at appropriate pauses during the performance.

Children: Children should be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. In order to properly enforce fire regulations, everyone attending an event, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Tours: Free tours of the historic Louisville Palace may be arranged by calling 583.4555, ext 224.
