Browser Requirements
In order to view our tours, you must have Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.01 or higher. If you do not have these, you may go to Microsoft's web site to download a free copy of the latest version of Internet Explorer or to Netscape's web site to download a free copy of the latest version of Navigator.

AOL Users
Welcome America Online and Compuserve User! The newest AOL browser in version 5.0 can support our Virtual Tour software. If you are not using version 5.0, please go to AOL Keyword: Upgrade. This will enable you to upgrade your browser to the latest version.

Download Virtual Machine
If you receive the warning that you must download Microsoft Virtual Machine when attempting to access our web site, then your Internet Explorer has been configured without it. This often occurs in a network situation where the administrator deems Microsoft Virtual Machine unnecessary. The default settings for Internet Explorer include the Microsoft Virtual Machine.

Slow Moving Computer
If your computer is running particularly slow, check to see if you have more than one tour spinning at a time. Depending upon your computer's processor speed, viewing multiple tours simultaneously can place excessive demands on your system. Also, be aware that average load time for a Virtual Tour is about 60 seconds with a 28.8K modem.
